Omega 6 “Timebomb” The idea: get a better ratio of Omega 6 Fatty Acids to Omega 3. Do this: Eat vegetables, lean grass-fed meat, and fish oil…and ditch the grains. Don’t do it…and your kids will be born fat and insulin resistant. Enough said.

Recipe of the Week: Stir-Fry! This week’s recipe comes by way of Whole 9. Very simple (which we like…Screw you, Emeril!) Lots of ingredient flexibility (which we also like.)
Exercise of the Week: Deadlift. This, in my opinion, is the king of all exercises. It works most of the major muscle groups in one shot, but it’s something you don’t see done all that often these days. Shame, because it’s a real overall strength and fitness builder. Start with light weights and pay particular attention to correct form.
